What is the Online Fax portal?

The Online Fax portal is the interface you use to send and receive highly secure faxes. You are notified of received faxes via email, and you can access them by signing into your Online Fax portal. You will also use the Online Fax encrypted portal to manage your account settings.

Do I need to download any software or make any installations?

There is no need for installation or software. Online Fax encrypted is entirely web-based and ready to go once you sign up.

How do I view my faxes?

As an Online Fax encrypted customer, you can access your faxes by logging into your Online Fax encrypted portal. When you receive a fax, you will receive an email notification containing a secure link to the Online Fax log-in page.

Why are my faxes difficult to read?

The fax message you receive is identical to what was sent by the sender of the fax. If the quality of your fax is poor, it is likely a problem with the sender’s end. Please have the sender resend the fax using a higher resolution on their fax machine, such as Photo Mode.

Someone sent me a fax. Why haven’t I received it?

There are a few reasons you may not be receiving your fax messages: 1. Your email provider may be experiencing problems. If you are experiencing this problem please check to see if your fax has been received within the Online Fax portal. 2. The sender has the wrong fax number. Sometimes a sender will send a fax to the wrong fax number. If you have not received the fax you were expecting, please have the sender check the number and try again.
